Duromax liquid laundry sizing is a blend of water based polymers with coupling agents and inert ingredients used in laundry operations to give polyester woven garments body and stiffness, the same way powder starch is used in the finishing process in most cotton fibers.

Duromax can be pre-measured and injected in the final wash cycle through a programmed injection system without the risk of excessive addition of the product which could damage the garment without any possibility of recovering it.

Usage: 10-12 oz. per 50 lbs. for shirts and 12-18 oz. per 50 lbs. of jeans.

The water temperature for the starch cycle should be between 75-110 degrees F.

Duromax should be added before draining all the water. The starch cycle should run for 7-10 minutes before final draining, extracting and finishing of a normal wash.
